Life offers many wonderful experiences, along with stressful ones. It is important for us to learn from the stressful ones, so that we may help ourselves and others. My name is Allison Velazquez, founder of Allizon.com, and I am committed to helping women simplify their lives by taking care of themselves, therefore reducing stress.
 
As a single "Mompreneur" of a delightful daughter, I know finding time to relieve built-up stress is extremely important. Stress is considered an epidemic and the silent killer in the world, especially in the West.

After the divorce, and the death of my only sister, the idea for this site evolved for moms to find a getaway from the many anxieties with a "pampering getaway moment."
