For Best Results:
We recommend hand washing with 2 capfuls (1/16 cup, .5 oz, 15 ml).
In top-loading machines use 8 capfuls (¼ cup, 2 oz, 60 ml) with your woolens/delicate cycle in The Laundress Mesh Bag.
In HE and front-loading machines use 4 capfuls (1/8 cup, 1 oz, 30 ml) or suggested dispenser amount.
Lay flat to dry.
Do not use the dryer—ever!

Hi, I saw a piece about caring for cashmere and avoiding the cost of the dry cleaner on the Today Show MANY months ago. For cashmere care, the segment had recommended your Wool & Cashmere Shampoo.
Well, I went to your web site and decided to try it. You said your product leaves cashmere very soft. (I thought- sure...we'll see) Wow, was I impressed. My sweaters have never been softer or cleaner!
When I washed them, I could see the dirt being washed out. After air-drying (flat), I cannot get over how SOFT all my sweaters are. A truly remarkable product. The cedar smell is so much better than dry cleaner chemical smell, and I feel it is probably better for the environment too.
I love the video clip you have on washing cashmere, by the way. It was very helpful.
